With our Viper P.L.C. onboard programmable logic control system the line speed is automatically calculated to maintain the hole spacing desired. From the moment the machine is turned on, a good product is ensured thereby reducing scrap material. This machine can easily be programmed to punch any repeat spacing or staggered pattern desired with ease. The programming is so simple that it can be done with just a few key strokes. Our design eliminates the issues relating to air cylinder failure and replacements, which are common with other machines. This control is an economical alternative for less complex hole punching requirements. The Viper machines are suitable for use with extruders, bag machines, print presses, or slitters, and more. Each machine quoted includes a 100% heavy-duty cycle vacuum system. The Industrial cyclone type is rated for continuous operation. The chips are deposited in a container for easy disposal which also helps in keeping the area clean and safe.

The key to the Viper C.C. is our micro-processor controller which gives the programmer and operator control over each individual punch. Controlling each punch independently along with automatic line speed calculation enables the Viper C.C. machine to punch virtually any pattern imaginable. These patterns could be as simple as a linear or diamond set, or as complex as arcs, circles, graduated hole-patterns, scrolling, letters, or holes around a printed design. More than 50 different patterns can be programmed and stored onboard for quick recall, significantly reducing change-over time and job setup. Additional programs can be stored on a 3.5" diskette for long term storage. Our design eliminates the issues relating to air cylinder failure and replacements, which are common with other machines. QMi Single Hole Punch Unit
Using the same housing assembly and die unit as our moving web punch machine, these single punch units can vent a web at amazing speeds. Punches can be controlled with a timer, pulses from cam on bag machine or with a QMI P.L.C. control for greater versatility. With a mounting slot on the back surface they can easily be mounted to existing framework on most bag machines.
Three standard lengths of 4", 8", and 12" are in stock for immediate shipment.
