Davis-Standard Bubble Cages
- 6 LEVEL BUBBLE STABILIZING CAGE
- The cage is unique in its ability to maintain circularity as it changes diameter, assuring full contact and uniform cooling over the full range of adjustment.
- The stabilizing cage is fitted with six sets of support rings with a wide range capable of providing full support over the entire layflat range.
- Electrically powered adjustment of cage diameter. Includes Motor, controls and appropriate limit switches.
- Motorized elevating mechanism to accommodate the vertical positioning of the cage.

Davis-Standard Horizon Turret Winder
Horizon Turret Winders feature a modular design for multiple configurations and are capable of 24-inch (600 mm), 30-inch (750 mm), and 40-inch (1000 mm) roll diameters in a variety of widths. Features include a linear horizontal lay-on roll, touch screen controls, a short web path, automatic cut/transfer, transducer web control, and AC drive units.
Davis-Standard PAC50 Surface Winder
PAC Surface Winders are capable of 40-inch (1015 mm) roll diameters. These winders feature transducer controlled DC drives, automatic cut/transfer systems, and expander rolls and slitter stations. The PAC 45 has a pneumatically actuated assembly and optional unloading assembly; the PAC 50 has a hydraulically operated pressure arm assembly and is equipped with a motorized shaft magazine for multiple shaft preparation.
Davis-Standard Model 1000 Turret Winder with Special Roll Handling
Model 1150 Winder Designed for 30-inch (750 mm) roll diameters, the high-quality, moderately priced Model 1150 is capable of winding speeds of 50 to 250 feet/minute and features an integral lower nip, in-line slitting for multiple rolls and phantom axis turrets. Sizes range from 44-inch (1100) to 124-inch (3100 mm). Winders also have the option of roll handling features to automate the roll handling operation.

Davis-Standard Mono Extrusion Blown Film Line
Davis-Standard offers a complete line of processing equipment and systems for both monolayer and multi-layer blown film applications. Davis-Standard supplies customized systems ranging from monolayer LDPE film machines for bags, to high-speed LLDPE stretch wrap, multi-layer barrier packaging and laminating film machines. These systems are capable of processing a wide range of films including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, EVOH, PVC, TPU and PVDC. Coextrusion capabilities for 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer configurations are also available. Davis-Standard's blown film technical center in Somerville, New Jersey, USA, is equipped with a blown film demonstration line capable of testing coextrusion configurations up to seven layers. Davis-Standard also has blown film manufacturing facility at ER-WE-PA Davis-Standard in Erkrath, Germany, to service its European customer base. Davis-Standard's blown film systems are used for applications in the agriculture, automotive, construction, furniture/carpeting, packaging and film, personal care and medical markets. End products include: stretch films, shrink films, multi-wall bags, cereal liners, medical and food packaging, agricultural and construction films, and barrier packaging shipping sacks.
